The interview process at TigerRisk consists of an Excel exam, and a detailed questionaire. The assessment is follow up by single thirty minutes phone interview from human resources. The interview questions are mostly behavioral-based questions, and fit-oriented questions. The in-person interview process consists of two interviews, one with a potential boss and the other one with a senior-level managert. The interviewers want to know how the applicant has worked well in a team, and how the applicant's past experience relates to team building. There are no back-to-back rounds. For finance and accounting majors:
This internship is a 12 week program commencing in June 2021. As a Finance and Accounting Intern, you will work directly alongside our Finance team, actively learning and completing various tasks/projects related to all Finance activities for all locations, countries, and companies. You will be responsible for bank account reconciliations, Concur expenses and invoices, creating reports, maintaining activity, and other duties as needed.
