Description
WHO WE ARE For over 25 years, Tasty Bite has been making fast, flavorful and all natural ethnic food - including entrees, sauces and rices - to delight consumers. And since we believe that good food shouldn't come at the expense of people or the planet, we proudly give back to the community and environment we operate in.
THE FARMS AND OUR COMMUNITY The produce that ends up in our Tasty Bite products is grown on local farms, where we also teach organic and sustainable farming techniques to our community of farmers. In our own small way, we do all we can to support the community around us with scholarship funds for our employees' children and, when needed, local and international disaster relief.
THE ENVIRONMENT We believe that making making food tasty and fast shouldn't come at the expense of the planet. That's why 80% of the energy used to make Tasty Bite comes from renewable energy sources. Sugarcane waste, widely available in the region, is our primary source of renewable energy and we harvest rainwater to recharge the groundwater supplies in our area.
