What is the interview process at Octagon?
The interview process at Octagon consists of an initial e-mail screening, a phone interview with three individuals. The interview questions are based on the candidate's resume. The interview process is with two individuals, and it is described as being very straightforward. You may have to write an essay on an athlete or public figure. There are general questions about client relationships, work ethic, organizational skills, and working in a group. The candidate may has to prepare a five minute presentation on one of three topics using power point slides. Near the end of the interview, the company is considering whether or not if the candidate fits into the Octagon company culture.

The most difficult was showing that you are fit culturally. There was no specific question that was difficult. You have two days of full interviews and have to remain engaged throughout every interview. Tell me something about yourself that I would not know by looking at your resume. Was asked about my back ground, it was a very informal type of interview What are your strengths and weakness? Are you a better verbal or written communicator? Simple questions about me and presentations skills Questions were relatively easy and straightforward ?
