Housing Development Fund is a housing nonprofit based in Stamford, Connecticut, with an additional branch in Bridgeport. However, our service area for affordable housing covers counties in New York state (including in NYC) and recently expanded into Massachusetts. Our programs include homebuyers education and lending products, as well as counseling and community development.
