Interview Process and Questions
According to Glassdoor.com, the interview process consists of two parts. The Human Resources manager will conduct the first round of interview questions, a phone call screening interview, and then the individual department head will do the second round. It is likely there will be "scenario" based questions.

These are the possible interview questions for Americares: How would you manage or plan your day? Name three qualities you appreciate in a supervisor? Describe the time you had resolve a disagreement. Tell me about a difficult situation, and explain how you handled it? How do you tell stories through video production? What type of leadership style do you have?
